Big O Tires

I was told that an oil change was first come first serve. I dropped my truck off the night before and didn't get it back until 11:20. I know it doesn't take over 4 hours for an oil change, alignment, and to balance and rotate the tires. On top of that they left a tool under that hood that came out while driving down the road. Luckily I don't see any damage. These people have zero common sense or have a clue on how to double check their work. The only reason I will return to a Big O is because I purchased the 3 year alignment package.

I go into this location around four to five times a year. I am glad I do because they are always there for me with great advice. Best place in the country.

I grew up in Littleton and used a lot of great shops but this location hands down has the worst reputation after my experience. I did a Synthetic Oil change and a month an a half later the nut that kept my plug in on my oil pan magically came off (Was NOT Stripped) had no reason to come undone. Any way my engine died for oil starvation and they took no responsibility or even could say why the engine died. I know why the engine died and so do you! Isn't it your job to figure out why and engine doesn't work? Wait, you don't want to answer why it's dead because then you would have to take responsibility...Right. Then to top it off...my license plates where both stolen while on their lot! Are you serious!!!

You guys are the best. I brought my car in right before closing to get 4 new tires and an oil. I expected the work to be completed the next day. However, the Big-O team stayed late after the store was scheduled to close in order to get my car back to me that evening. This was above and beyond my expectations. Thanks!

I love the store every time I've had something wrong I've gone in and talked to Justin and he is absolutely amazing all the guys are I couldn't ask for a better repair shop for tires or anything else I just love this place

Even with a full house, the staff was juggling all the jobs and doing a wonderful job!
