Big O Tires

They have been very thorough when checking my flats and constantly able to repair them! I've purchased 2 sets of tires from them as well and they have worked hard to find the tire I liked and the price that was reasonable!

The communication was great, pricing was very transparent. Easy drop off and pick up.

I have never been to this location before. It was recommended to me by a family member. When I first entered the location, I was greeted by the person at the desk, who then proceeded to make sure that I got the service that I needed. I told him what I was interested in and they said I was welcome to wait there while the service was done. I gave my keys. And told him I had the day off and that I would just wait for them to call me. I went by some local stores and received a call explaining my service had been completed , I was completely satisfied and felt that I was able to completely trust all the employees that took care of my service needs. Briant and Jeremy were very helpful and communicated well with everything about my service.

Jeremy Dusho was extremely friendly and helpful. The shop was very very busy get he said he would swap the two tires on the right side of my. I left the car and it was ready for pickup 3 hours later. Big O Tires on Bowles street has a great employee in Jeremy. Tom

Great experience! The minute we walked in the door we were taken care of by Mike Stiffey. He was knowledgeable, funny and engaging. We needed tires for our Suburban and he jumped right on it. Got us a great deal! He promised we would have the car back by the end of the day and we did! They stayed late until we were able to get there! Great job! Thank so much guys!

Fast excellent service

The staff was very knowledgeable, and my car was done when they said it would be. After service, my car drives better and is a lot smoother on the roads. I am taking a mountain trip next week and am now confident I will be safe driving. Staff was also very pleasant and honest.
