Quick honest service

I wrote this same review for a different store on accident. It was meant for the Bowles Ave. location This location is fantastic. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and competent. They were helpful about informing/teaching me of what the problem was and went above and beyond getting to the bottom of things in a timely manner. Best tire shop I've visited and I'll be back for sure.

Awesome service for a minor valve stem replacement. They did it while I waited at no charge. Thats one reason why I keep going back to them.

It had been a while since I had had this car in.My car was no longer in the system, and they took care of putting it back into the system.We discussed an adjustment to my alignment, and they understood what needed to be done.Great job.

This location offers first class service! Seriously. At this location, they understand that car maintenance and things like flat tires are not usually the most convenient of things. I had never been to this location before and they got to working on my tire immediately. They, and specifically Jacob, who performed the service, were/was able to save me both time and money, by patching quite the whole in my tire, as opposed to jumping straight to the option of having to replace the entire tire. Not only that, but the sales associate (Tony) and others (Jake and Chris) sensed my having an off day and went above and beyond customer service wise. Thanks to this team, I was able to get to a work meeting on time and felt safe driving my car, after their fixing it. I will be a forever customer at this location, as I feel they are a trustworthy and customer service oriented bunch. That goes a long way in my book. Thank you again!

Jeremy was very helpful and explained the cost of service. He quickly checked me in and got my car to the bay. Johnnie was thorough and recommended new wipers. I also asked him to show me the air filter after service and he was very courteous in answering my questions. Great staff at this location.

Justin was great and very helpfully when replacing a flat tire that could not net repaired.

The head manager is an extremely great employee and was a pleasure to work with.
