Big O Tires

I have been taking my Jeep to this Big-O tires for >3 years and have always appreciated their expertise, customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. This last visit, though, seemed that everything that could go wrong went wrong. A comedy of errors, so to speak. That being said, they made sure I was comfortable during a long, cold, rainy evening and maintained their customer service, professionalism, and friendliness and made sure that everything was all right at the end of the evening.

I came into the store and I had 2 nails in 2 different tires. I only wanted to buy 2 tires , but they explained to me how dangerous it could be driving with only 2 new tires. I could not afford all 4 tires. The manager came in to talk to me and had his employee go out to check the size of my tires. That employee came in and told the manager the size of my tires. The manager told me because I had the wrong size tires on my car he would help me with the price. So I came in only wanting 2 tires and not being able to afford 4. So he said since you have the wrong size I will give you 3 tires and 1 for free. The price came down so much that I was able to afford all 4 new tires and know that I would be 100% safer. The manager said if you were my daughter I would feel safe with these tires. So that made me feel good. I feel so much safer now to drive my two kids around because of them. They were so helpful explaining things to me and very nice. There names are, Benjamin Roppo the sales clerk, and Briant Cummings the store manager. They were awesome.

We have been going to this location for many years. Don, Clinton and all of their staff are OUTSTANDING on every level!!! I would highly recommend this location!

I've been here twice in the last couple months for flat repairs. There were a lot of us in line (Sunday) but Pablo got us checked in quickly. Very friendly service. I will continue to come back for my tire needs!

The wonderful service manager, Briant Cummings, took a lot of time explaining what was going on with my newly purchased 2004 Toyota Tacoma and recommended options that would address the mechanical needs of my vehicle. The wonderful technician, Johnnie Myers (JRML), came into the waiting room to personally explain to me why my truck needed new front shocks/struts. He is the technician who did all of my repairs and I feel very fortunate to have a certified tech who knows what he is doing to get my truck on track for safe & fun future adventures. I am very satisfied & happy with how my truck is handling since we did the repairs at Littleton CO Big O Tires yesterday and will be a repeat customer for all of my future tire-related needs. Everyone there is always very friendly and professional. They always remember your name when you walk in the door. I wouldn't take my car any where else!

They were short staffed as 2 people had called off. They were slammed and handled it like pros. Great experience! I felt bad for them, but they were great!
