I was able to get in for the specific service needed on same day. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Very satisfied with the work that was done and the professionalism that was seen.

I liked that they called me when my tires were in stock and they ordered me exactly what i wanted . The mounting looks great and I appreciate that I was able to drop my truck off early.

Quick service

After experiencing a flat on I-25, the car had to be driven over 20 miles on the spare. Big O was the nearest dealer. The employee was courteous, professional and honest. Earlier a Big O employee tried to convince me that an entire new set of tires was needed. Fortunately the store employee had more integrity and negated that idea. He was able to order a matching tire that arrived the next day. Although we asked for the ruined tire (in case of a warranty issue) it was instead thrown out.

Even though there were other customers these guys treated me as if I were the only one. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in one hour. Parts were obtained from a local parts store and installed quickly even though it was a holiday (Labor Day). Thanks from a weary traveler, you guys are the best.

I have patronized this business since they opened doors many many years ago in Trinidad, Colorado. Always respected their service. Will always go back. Service is great.

Customer service was professional. There were a lot of people waiting to have their vehicles serviced. I waited for over an hour and half. The staff worked diligently to service my car and have me out of there as quickly as possible. The staff at Big O takes good care of their customers. Thank you!

I brought in mounted tires and a new set of wheels, already dismounted from the vehicle. They quickly swapped the tires onto the new rims and I was on my way, at a good price too!

I was able to get my vehicle worked on right away. I usually call ahead to schedule an appointment, but we had been on the road all day. Figured I would take a chance.

As I stated there were 4 people total working that Saturday. All were awesome, professional, knew their jobs, answered questions, kept me updated and we're all very personable. I knew they were short staffed but my car was still taken care of and everything was done wonderfully. I had very little delay, it was great. Keep those 4 around!
