The recommended SNAP for financing since the total was beyond my budget. When the amount SNAP came back less than the estimate, they went out of their way to ensure I could get all I needed for the finance amount. They are always thoughtful and helpful.

Great service and excellent customer service

Unfortunately had a sidewall bulge on two tires same side of truck. Didn't have the tires I wanted at the shop but they were able to get them from their warehouse same day and get them installed along with alignment done same day. Without appointment or anything. Thought I may be in a bit of a pickle without a truck for a day but they got it done. Could have been a big deal, but made this whole experience hassle free.

Everything went well ! The staff is very knowledgeable, as am I, about what needs to be serviced on your car. Not pushy at all, they recommend getting xyz done today and xyz can wait until a later date. Everything took about two hours, given that my appointment was at 2pm on a Friday.

I came in to have my splash shield fixed. The recent snow and ice caught it and caused it to drag the ground. I was in and out in less than an hour! Jeff was the best! Very helpful and communicative! Highly recommend!!!

Good customer service and friendly staff.

I was able to receive the oil change that I asked for. They did recommend a 15 K systems guaranty kit…not sure that I needed it but I k if my car is getting a little bit older. Overall both associates that I worked with were friendly and efficient.
