Great service George was super helpful in overseeing I got my new tires even in my predicament. I originally had an appointment to get a set of new tires, but due to Colorado's weather, I couldn't make it to my appointment. When I made it in George remembered me and since they were slammed he asked a few questions and got me rescheduled 2 days later (no inconvenience to me) for another tire appointment. I was in and out with great service. Thank you George.

The people were very friendly, explained everything, and my repair was done very quickly.

Ainy . and the team did a great job on getting my tires order, delivered quickly and did a great job of following up with me. Once there, they got them put on right away even though it was very busy. I felt like I was the only customer they had. Great job!

This review is long past overdue. My car got stuck in a flash flood and thankfully with the help of my local Bigotires team, we were able to get it back up on its feet! When my insurance company came to them and said it wasnt worth the cost to repair it, the team here stood up for me and made it clear that it was worth it. Took a little over 3 weeks to get my car back however it was worth the wait! Now I tell all my coworkers and friends to come see the team at bigotires for all their car needs!! Thank you so much for all your help!!

This review is long over due! My nissan got stuck in a flash flood a little while back and my engine had water damage to the extreme. Javier and his team at Bigotires welcomed the challenge and provided peace of mind that they would get my car back on the road. When my insurance company came to them and wanted to write it off, Javier went to bat for me and told them my car was going to make it. Through a lot of work with a new engine, manifold and other essential repairs to my car, Javier and his team got my car back on its feet! The process took only 3 weeks for everything and I was grateful for the attention and the time they took for me. Now whenever anyone needs their car looked at, I always tell them to call Javier and his team! Thanks for everything guys!!

They provided a service that they typically do not do. They moved forward to satisfy the request. I had to provide materials they didn’t have due to the lack of service that was being applied.

the girl working the front desk was really friendly and personable. The guy working on my 2012 Chevy Cruze was very informative. It was a very busy day and he still took the time to explain everything that was happening with my car. I only came for an oil change but I will be back on payday to get more work done. I'm glad i finally found a shop I can trust. I went to another big name shop and had the worst experience.

They helped me diagnose the issue with the vehicle and were honest with me about what needed to be done and pricing involved. They showed me the issues and my father.

The shop does things better now. The vehicle check is thorough and goes beyond what you paying for. It's a place I can trust. J. Flores is a wonderful person and is ready to walk you through the state of your car. He has the best car advice ever since I came to the United States. He loves what he does. I brought my Travel Trailer tire in to have it mounted to my wheel. Talked to Benjamin and he hooked me up. He apologized for not being able to get it done right then as they were kinda busy. But I was not in a hurry so I did not mind. I got a call about an hour later saying it was done and could pick it up. Thank you Benjamin Roppo and Briant Cummings for your help and service. I will come back!!!

George is the best I had a good experience at Big O Tires. Fast friendly and sufficient. Parts came in on time, George and his team took care of me. I would recommend this shop to anybody who needs tires and alignment.

Zach was very helpful. Notified me of the status of vehicle. Did give me options for services. I would recommend.

The staff was great. I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change and the administrator up front made sure the garage crew prioritized their line up with the two morning appointments that were there. My car was ready in just under an hour and the shop supervisor shook my hand before leaving. Definitely a place I will return to for service! Thanks everyone!

George was the guy who worked on my car, he did an awesome job. The front desk guy was also very friendly, he went out of his way to get my son a balloon when he started to cry.
