They did my brakes and they started making a loud noise, they took it back with no questions asked and made it right. Always very friendly and professional

Also had alignment, they found it not to be out. Unusual since my truck has had inherent alignment problems ever since I've owned it. The Dodge dealer and Big "O" says there's nothing wrong with the front end. Almost every time when I have the alignment checked it is out. I was in and out close to the anticipated estimated completion time.

We received good service, as always, at this location. They offered us a better deal on a new set of tires than the dealer and did their best to accommodate us despite their being incredibly busy on the day we came in for an appointment. They also finished their work on our vehicle much faster than I expected as well.

Well I wish I had everyone name but they did not had name tag. The only one I remember was Andy. Great customer service. When I arrive at 13:00 Andy was gone but there was gentleman on the middle and a female on the right they were so awesome. That’s why I won’t change this place for their honesty. The only issue is that the technician that take your cars for check up they should put some paper on the floor so that way it won’t get the floor with grease and dirt from there boots of work.

Both staff members were with customers when I arrived, but they both acknowledged me soon after I entered the lobby area. They were helpful and I was finished in just over an hour.

I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to fix it super fast for me! The best part was no charge. This was super necessary and I am very glad they were able to help me so quickly. April is so nice and always takes great care of me and my vehicle.

Been using BiG O locations for over a decade now. From oil changes to engine swaps. Warranty is there. Pewce of mind. Quality parts and nothing from Autozone or other retailers that cheaper the repairs.
