I have always had great service at this Big O location. Todd is always very helpful.

The associate was determined to find the problem and fixed it asap and then gave me an awesome price.

It got too long just to fix a flat tire I left it and came back and it still took 20 minutes for me to get on put on my car

The tires I needed were ordered and on hand as advised. I was kept informed as the tires were installed and I was made aware when an alignment issue arose, and options were offered. It was a good experience.

they are very straight forwardward, and always explain why they are making the recomendations that they offer.

Alex got me going with a same day tire replacement after I found a tire flat with a hole in the sidewall. He got the tires ordered and on my vehicle in a timely fashion. Reasonable price for the tires too.

I absolutely love the Big O Tires at 52nd and Wadworth in Arvada! Their customer service is top notch, they do all that they can to make their customers happy. They always strive for high quality on all of the work that they've done on my 3 vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone!

Perfect service

I had a great experience at this shop getting new tires and a leveling kit installed on my new 4Runner! The owner, Alex, is very friendly, fair, and pays close attention to detail. They definitely care about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Everyone seems to enjoy working there too! They do it right! Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire and came in the next day. The staff identified that my tires were Discount Tires and that I would only need to have one tire replaced. I appreciated their honesty and amazing service and was able to get my tire replaced at Discount Tires, saving me a lot of money. Even though I didn't make a purchase at Big O, I will always remember their great service and will be back to Big O for any future tire service needs. I recommend Big O now for their incredible customer service and honesty
