I went there a few months ago to have some work done and it was completed on time with smiles!!! I went back again because of a noise, we thought it was the differential in the front. I was ready to pay $2000.00 to have it fixed but they were amazingly honest and found out it wasn't the differential as fixed the problem for free. I have since then gotten new shocks and a bunch of other work done. Currently it was dropped off today for a new fuel pump and filter. I expect it back today without any worries. I now take my wife's vehicle and my work truck there!!! They absolutely gained a very happy client who refers his friends!!!!

WOW!!! I have never received such great service from any tire/repair shops. My 1990 vehicle went in for new tires and a complete alignment. The car is pretty much brand new now and drives much better than expected. The guys at Big O were great and Aaron, the Manager was very professional and pleasant to work with along with David.

I’ve purchased tires from Big O on the regular. This time I needed maintenance work that was highly needed. They diagnosed, communicated with me continuously and kept me in the loop. I was very satisfied with their service. Always have and will continue to have service applied by Big O!

Someone told me my car needed to be aligned but Big O did a check and told me the truth, that my car was fine... and showed me the results of the test. They did service on my car and gave me a discount! Awesome service.

The tires I needed were ordered and on hand as advised. I was kept informed as the tires were installed and I was made aware when an alignment issue arose, and options were offered. It was a good experience.

Great service

Alex got me going with a same day tire replacement after I found a tire flat with a hole in the sidewall. He got the tires ordered and on my vehicle in a timely fashion. Reasonable price for the tires too.

I so appreciate the friendliness, quality work and how they stood by their product. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing and a rear tire that I knew was leaking. The tire was not able to be repaired and was replaced for a nominal fee. What a odd place to watch the royal wedding! I felt like I was treated like a queen. Thank you!

New people have been hired and I came in with a issue that was not something they were responsible for. They gave me great service and helped me in ways that helped me in a tight situation. They showed me how the garage who worked on my truck had not did what I payed for and did all they could to correct the problems and didn't charge me high prices to do it. As a business owner for 28 years I appreciate good customer service and that's exactly what I received.
