I always get excellent service from this Big O tire outlet. They had my tires rotated and front brakes replaced before I could say supercalafragilisticexpealidoshas.

They were friendly and got me the best deal

Took my 12 yr old Toyota in. She had a coolant leak. The service writer realized it was a workout rad cap. Easy fix!

I came in without an appointment early on my way to the airport as my tire pressure was off. It had been alerting me for a while but I knew my tires were full. The team immediately took my car in, did a full inspection of my tires and found a nail in one of them. They fixed my tire for me, endured all my tires were full and I was done. The whole process was quick, 20 minutes or less and the team was very kind and respectful. Thank you!

New service manger extra nice ,i quick using Big O do to the frack the last 2 service mangers had bad personalty plus they did service i did not ask for ,i went in for oil and filter change ,the bill came to $118,00 .wasn't that busies over an hour,it wasa nice to have manger with his personality friendly. Totally Great Store!: After being told my usual tire source could not provide a tire for my 2015 Mazda CX5, I visited Big O on 52nd Av in Arvada. The manager not only found Michelin tires at a great all-inclusive price, he informed us of their other great service programs which we jumped on. Just for ducks I tried my old store for tires on my older car; again no luck. Big O came through again. Now I'm hooked. Sorry Costco. You've been displaced and you can keep the bonus points.If only Big O sold groceries.

Manager Aaron Larkin was exceptionally professional and very accomodating with a stressful customer service situation. He personally prevented confrontation in a difficult situation and exedited resolution. Best wishes to Aaron and his crew. We will continue to bring all of our fleet vehicles to your Arvada store.

I always work with either Eddie or Graham. Both guys are wonderful! When I walk through the door, they greet me by name. I feel I can trust what they say and that I will not be taken advantage of because I am a woman. I know these guys have my back!

They are great--And what I LOVE the most--yes they fixed my Truck, but it's a joy to see the OWNER in the Front and in the back working--I noticed he has control like a Manager should. That tells me--Well I'm coming back. I'm a businessman and I notice things others may not--and it IS a good store. Other Big-"O"s, who knows--But this one--Good to have them in my back pocket. And while I was there, I didn't like to watch TV, I was talking to the Front Desk personnel "Bill", laughing up a storm and talking about trucks, cars, whatever. This is the best tire place I've ever been to! You guys really care about your customers wants and needs, and that's refreshing. I purchased my last set of 4 tires here on my old car, and they didn't have the ones I wanted that they had stated were in stock online, so the manager offered me better tires at the same price as the others. I have since purchased a new car, so my current car has the tires on it I bought the car with. Anyhow, I got a nail in my tire, and went in to get it patched up. Since it took a little longer than expected, they waived the fee and sent me on my way. I will definitely buy my next set of tires from this exact location. The manager and employees are exceptionally nice and knowledgeable, and I always leave super happy!!! :) Plus it's clean, non-intimidating as a woman, and I like that!
