Big O Tires

I can't say enough of a Sales Associate in Arvada - April Gates. She was, welcoming and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I went in with a donut on my car and the last month of a 3 year warranty. Having the warranty. I ASSUMED that the new tire would have no fee. April, told me of my total of $35 and change. She saw my fear and I told her I had no money on me - told her of how I thought it was gonna be free. I'm frantic figuring how to pay the fee. She calmly told me to relax and that I can pay with good words online and mention the story. So, we can share on how your store and employee goes above and beyond for your customers. If there is an "Employee of the Month" or any sort of recognition she surely deserves it. Thank you April - you are the reason why I will ALWAYS have Big O as my ONLY tire option.

This location's employees are the greatest. Friendly, fast, and reliable service.

They diagnosed problem, were upfront with problem, potential other issues and cost. They gave me a ride home while car was being fixed. It took less time to fix than thought. They fixed first problem and said other potential issues were fine, nothing else needed fixing at this time. Friendly and honest.

Easy process

I was in town for business and needed my tires rotated. Even though I made it clear I wasn't going to buy new tires, Carl and the guys at the store got my van serviced very quickly and answered all my questions for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience at Big O. My only regret is that this isn't my neighborhood store because I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Good knowledge and very helpful!

All staff were polite and helpful. Much more personable and polite than a different Big O I visited. Also, the prices and overall service/installation process were excellent. Eddie & Graham were extra helpful.
