Big O Tires

I went to two reputable tire stores and was told that I needed 4 new tires from both of them with minimal or no inspection of my tires. At Big O Arvada, an employee inspected my tires prior and suggested I had about 10,000 miles left on them and rather than replace them before their time, suggested a rotation. Since I had been a Big O customer this was a complimentary service. I felt I saved a great deal of money and time with Big O Arvada due to the integrity of the staff. Thank you and I will be back when I truly need to replace my tires!

my brother asked me to take his tire to Big O to look at it. It went flat on his way to work so I did; they found that something on the road had pierced the side wall so it was non repairable they even checked the spare for me to make sure it wasn't leaking also. Best thing there was no charge which is why I always buy my Tires from Big O!!!

The agent estimated the time required to perform the service I needed then texted me when the job was done. The service was completed on time if not before. I was glad it did not take longer than estimated.

Almost everyone there was really amazing. Aaron had to fix another shop's (a competitor) mistakes. He explained the problem, came up with some options and now my car drives like new.

After another associate told me he thought the motor was bad. Graham took another look at it with another technician and found out that the tensioner pulley was loose and most likely needed coil packs. If it weren't for Graham taking another look I would've probably sold the truck thinking the motor was bad. I take all my vehicles to this location and recommend this Big-O-Tires to everyone. My wife and I always work with Graham when available due to his thoroughness and great customer service. I'm also a Marine Corps veteran and my wife is in law enforcement we always receive a discount as a thinks for our service and we appreciate that very much. Thank you

We went in for new winter tires. The manager took the time to show us his inventory and help us choose the better option for our car and driving habits without being pushy or rushing us. It was a wonderful experience Thank you
