Great Service: I have been using Big O Tires for 16 years and I will continue to purchase tires here.Everyone is helpful and gets work done quickly.

They had a glitch and did not have the ires I ordered for my appointment but they were amazing and got me other options that worked great for the same price!

Todd was such a great help. He was able to answer all of my questions. He really knows his stuff.

Had a great experience at this location. The man at the front desk (Josh I think) was very accommodating, friendly, and most importantly knowledgable. I came in for new tires for my jeep and was able to have them delivered to the store and installed in an efficient manner.

This was a follow up visit where I was checking my brake pads for wear. The staff was highly professional and showed me my vehicle was in top shape! They were specific as to the measurements and explanations as to what was standard, safe and acceptable. I appreciated their honesty and knowledge. I left feeling very confident in their skills and their ability to service my vehicle in the future!!

Wipers were bogo

I was told when the vehicle was supposed to be done in about an hours time and it was done well before I expected it to be. What was also nice was that the person who helped us gave us a recommendation of what needed to be done and then gave us three price options to help us choose from.

They inspected my daughters car and provided the required service that was needed quickly. Very nice to work with and upfront about the repairs needed and pricing .
