we needed to get both our vans serviced, one unexpectedly the other routine. They took great care of us and turned both vehicles around quickly so we were back on the road with safe cars again.

It was a complex warranty situation and they handled it professionally.

Staff was very helpful and reassuring in addressing our situation and did not try to sell any unnecessary additional work

I walked in asking if they had time for an oil change and tire rotation. They had time and estimated about 2 hours for my car to be finished. It was ready sooner than their estimated time. I live about 2 hours away and by chance had the day off to get this done before the snow flies in the rocky mountains. Thank you for having time. PS. I have arrived before with no chance in time to get my car fixed.

I have been a coustomer of Big O Tires/Arvada for many years. As a single female it is very nice to be able to depend on honest, knowledgeable, and friendly people for my auto problems. I highly recomend these men at Big O Tires/Arvada.

Ashley was very nice and explained everything to me and answered my questions. Graham is always very pleasant too but he was off on Wednesday.

So pleased with the service at this location! I needed to buy new tires for my JEEP and the lady I worked with looked up several options and explained the benefits and downfalls of each so I could make the most informed decision. I happened to find the tires I chose a bit cheaper online and they happily price matched them for me, which was so great! I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the customer service however the parts seemed a little bit more expensiveI was glad to see that you had snap in place as this was able to allow me to get the service and tires that I needed for my vehiclethis did limit me to a budget but the customer service person was very helpful very knowledgeable and was able to get me the service I needed within that budgetI would recommend your store to friends and family and othershowever if it comes to mechanical work on the vehicle I would recommend to my friends to shop around first to get the lowest price your price may not be the lowest even though you do have good serviceI would also recommend finding another supplier for parts maybe you can get those supplies cheaper through a different outlet again the visit all in all was excellent
