So overpriced, it should be a crime. I was told certain items were fixed and they were not. Identifying parts as "that thingy". Charges were added for additional work performed without being contacted. Yes my car is fixed and runs pretty well. At this particular store, I will comment regarding the employee, April. She stayed in touch with me and tried to help with costs as much as she could. She told me a particular part has been replaced. when in fact it was not but, that info was relayed to her by the mechanic who looked like he just rolled out of bed and started chiefing down haha. All is done

I came to this BigOTires with a punctured rear tire. Ashley Lutz met me at the counter and was extremely helpful. Her up-front honesty surrounding what they could and couldn't do was refreshing. She did not launch into any high-pressure sales pitch or anything of the sort, she was honest and friendly. My tire was fixed by Jesus in a very timely manner. At the end, I was not charged and BigOTires and their community approach to service got me out of a bad spot and back on the road, truly top-notch customer care and service.

They did a great job. I was very happy. The front desk clerks were great and explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
