Everyone was highly friendly, knowledgeable and willing to make sure the job was done properly. I was very impressed with the 2 men who were in the front helping the customers. They truly were interested in doing what they could to help each customer as they came in. Also as I mentioned very knowledgeable about cars and issues. I was very glad that the alignment tech needed me to open the hood of my car, for it gave me an opportunity to learn how the alignment machine worked. He did a very good job with the alignment.

I brought my car here for a tire rotation and asked to have them check a tire leak. I was told by a discount tire that the leak was not fixable and told I needed a new tire. At Big o they explained the problem and fixed the tire for me at no cost. I will be coming here for future tire purchases and repair!

I bring my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer to this location ONLY since I purchased my SUV 3 yrs ago. I have went through 2-3 different store managers. Aaron whom I first dealt with since day one always took care of me. When he left the 2nd store manager who took over was not too helpful, or too interested in listening to my concerns so I did not care for him. This last time I was in, Jan 2018 this team took time out to listen to me. I have a 5 yr old son who is always with me & I routinely take my truck in to do an over all check to make sure she is in perfect working condition for our travels. When I went in to drop the truck off Ken took down all concerns I had & verified with me he had noted everything before I left. He then called & double checked with me what services needed to be done & which I would like to be taken care of @ this visit. When I went in to pick my truck up Bill was very attentive in helping me & getting checked out. But also took a little extra time to listen to me ramble about them needing to take care of me due to me putting my trust in their hands & making sure my truck is up to my standards. I was a little worried since this store seems to have a high turn over rate in store managers. I am pleased to say, I will continue to bring my truck in because the staff is amazing & gave me confidence in leaving my truck again. & last but certainly not least a big shout out to CORY the mechanic, Thank you for taking care of my truck. My son & I appreciate you more than you will ever know. Keep up the great work. :)

Jake and co workers went above and beyond to meet my needs and take excellent care of my car in such a timely matter. I couldn’t have asked or expected more. They’re willing to sacrifice their time for the customers satisfaction and needs and that’s everything important in this industry.

I had a hose leak develop right after a major service. They replaced it quickly and treated me fair.

I followed the staff at this location from their original shop on Ralston Road. They have always been very helpful, polite, and professional. I always choose their service first before going to my dealer or another mechanic for my car.

Had the Jeep in for Service - they couldn't do it on Thursday but Friday worked for them.
