Did not reset oil life indicator. Did not reset check engine light. Put the wrong mileage on window sticker.

The wait to get my tire repaired ( 1 &1/2 hrs) was unacceptable i did call ahead of time to let them know i would be in (around 4pm) when i got off work.

TPM warning light is still on three days later. I went back into store at the time to tell of the alarm, was told "Just drive it a while, it will go out" Now I have to go back to the store for them to make it right. I should not have a TPM warning light after getting a new tire, to replace one damaged by road hazard.

I purchased new snow tires for my car and paid and extra 90 dollars for the wheel alignment, and when I was driving the car home, it felt funny. That's when I realized that the air pressure on all 4 tires was way off. Initially, I thought that this might be due to what was needed by the new tires, but after some research, it was clear that it had just been overlooked, which was disappointing.

Went online for purchase and then called to confirm appt was told they may not have product by my appt but they got them from another location and took care of me did a outstanding job

I was told at the end about a bunch of front end, high dollar issues that I allegedly had. But, I didn't trust that all of that was true as I'd seen no evidence whatsoever of those issues. I was happy with my tires, but the try to hard up sell me wasn't appreciated. Getting a 2nd opinion.

Was given an estimate of 45 minutes for a tire rotation and balance. It took an hour and a half. I had called earlier to make an appointment and was told to just come on in. Would it be possible to be able to make appointments for services like this for folks that are very busy?

When I called to see if I needed an appt. to repair a tire, the phone was answered quickly by a friendly voice who told me to come any time, no Appt needed. When I got there I was checked in quickly and they took my car right in. My tire was fixed quickly and I was on my way at no charge. It was a great experience and the next time I need tires I will definitely go to that store!

Although I can't be absolutely certain, when I was in for my latest rotation, one of the lug nut stems snapped, costing me $100ish dollars to repair. The dealership where I had the repair completed indicated that was the result of an improperly set torque on the wrench. In fairness, this may not be, as they have pulled the wheels to check the brakes, but it did happen at your shop. This has always been a worry of mine, especially since a time occurred where a tech (not Big O), snapped 5 stems and never told me about it. So, this area is a genuine concern to me. Thanks, Rick

Had my oil changed on Friday December 8th 2017. They cracked and broke the protective plastic piece over my oil pan and did not tell me. I noticed it hanging down the next day. Disappointed, used to have only great things to say about this location.

My over-all service was excellent! Your employees were top notch! My wait time was held up a bit waiting on a couple of filters to be delivered, no worries can't help the traffic. 2 very accommodating frontend guys made my wait time pass bye quickly.

Alex This is Marc Altman a CU graduate I have spoken to you numerous times at the store about CU I brought my Ford Escape in for a tire rotation at 7:15 on Tuesday August 13th I was told to give them an hour to rotate I came back at 845 and my car was still not done I was about to leave and then a technician said that it was being taken in I waited another 20-25 minutes and then the technician drove the car out front I did not sign any paper work to verify that the rotation was done for my records How do I know that the tires were properly rotated? One customer service person said that they should rotate in a cris- cross The other service person said that they rotate back to front Which is the best way? I was the owner of the Subway in the UMC for 15 years 1993-2008 Thanks for your time to read As an owner I always wanted to hear back from my customers good or bad comments to improve my operation

They helped me out right away, got my car in asap. Service was fast, associate was super nice. Was very surprised that the service was free (taking out the nail and repairing my tire) and I will be coming back for future services.
