Big O Tires

I came in early morning with my 4 yo daughter for an unscheduled oil change and tire rotation. Bill greeted us with a smile and got my car in immediately. We went to have breakfast and when I came back, Bill offered my daughter a lollipop and let me know that my cabin air filter needed to be changed. He offered to show me the filter before I agreed and got it changed quickly. Bill and the rest of the staff were kind and professional. I will continue to bring my car here.

Even though I showed up early I was greeted right away and it was sure easy with their help. The car has miles on it and I knew it had some issues. I got a clear understanding on its condition, no pressure just information. And for sure I'll have them do work for me soon. Not long and the car was out front clean locked and done.

Every employee in this shop is extremely helpful and trustworthy! I have been screwed over by many shops in the past and I am so thankful to find a team that I can completely rely on. They are quick, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

They are always friendly. I have had issues with the brake pads squeaking and they have had to replace them a couple times. Not sure why this is an issue.

We had a screw in one of the tires of our car. The repair was fast and efficient with a notification by email when the car was ready.
