Big O Tires

I had been a customer in the past at this location, but switched to another Big O closer to my home. BIG mistake. I returned to this location and received outstanding customer service. When I returned to get my vehicle, they greeted me by name and had my car ready. I'll continue to be a customer here!

Andy was great. Very accommodating even though I was only in for a complimentary tire rotation.

Every time I go to this center for auto service I receive nothing less than respect and great service. I have been using this store since before they moved from the old location.

I went in for a quote to help me shop around. First spoke with Grahm Hanahan. He was shocked to hear my first experience with Big O, 9hrs for an oil change at Wheat Ridge location in 2022. Then dropped his jaw when I told him that they told me again I would have to drop off for another all day just for tires and oil change. Grahm told me that they could complete my vehicle with 4 brand new tires, complete oil change and inspection in an hour and a half. Wait 1hr 30min....and he quoted me 1322 for everything. scheduled for 9am next morning. Dropped my vehicle off, went to grab breakfast next door. Walked back at 1005 to finish waiting at shop. To my surprise, my vehicle was ready and waiting for me!! Checked out with Noah Graf who was amazing. When I went to leave I noticed my oil life alert was still on. I ran back in and asked Noah if he could help me. Immediately he went out and reset alert. Grahm and Noah are the most amazing men I have ever encountered at any mechanic shop!! Today I am going to show my appreciation for the entire team and bring them lunch!! ONLY SHOP I WILL TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GRAHM AND NOAH

One small thing, my windshield washer fluid was not refilled

The guys I work with at Big O are wonderful. Grahm, Noah and Andy are fantastic to work with. I trust them and the truly appreciate their expertise and assistance. I always suggest to my drivers to take their trucks to Big O on 52nd and Wads. I also suggest to many of my coworkers to take their personal vehicles there. I am confident they will be taken care of. Thanks for being a great group of guys to work with!

I am always treated like a valued customer and service is fast

I had a tir e that would not hold air, went in to have them look at it on New Years ev. they had it fixed and out the door very fast. A big shout out to Allen Bohling. great customer service, friendly and made my day by getting it taken care of so fast. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, would definitely recommend.
