Big O Tires

I always get my car serviced at the Wheat ridge store, like that they have my car in a safe and reliable interest. Makes me feel safe.

Big O supplies all the needs for this visit. Tires, alignment and oil change. Others in the area do not supply all of this. Who wants to visit multiple locations for different services?

I had a transmission flush, coolant flush, brake fluid and oil change...along with a set of new tires installed. The quality of service was excellent...I highly recommend.

Noah Graf was the person who I worked with. He was very helpful in completing my sale and getting me worked on through the line.

David Martinez went out of his way to take care of and look out for me in a difficult situation. I had a damaged tire and only 30 min to make it to the airport. The other guys were all busy with other customers but he immediately volunteered and worked quickly and efficiently to prevent me from being late. He even forewarned me of issues he noticed that he urged me to get taken care of as soon as possible after returning home. No pressure like he was trying to make a sale or anything. I have been going to the Thornton, CO "Big O" since 1992 because I was treated with such good care that I don't trust any other service center. When I moved to Arvada in 2011 I was hesitant to switch to the one near me. However, when I stopped in one day to have a tire repair I was impressed with the staff and decided to try the store when I needed repairs. I had some quotes done first to check out pricing and found them to be honest and competitive. When I had the work completed I found that it was high quality and the staff is very well qualified. More recently I came in because I purchased a car at auction and I had the team check it out. They made sure it was in perfect shape including new tires and I could not be happier with the service and the product. Arvada "Big O" has a very technical team that is honest and fair. Each employee we interacted with was very courteous and helpful. The manager Ken Rains gave us excellent service. We were very happy with the service and the prices. Three weeks prior my tire was losing air, so I was driving down 44th. ave. and happen to stop on Discount Tire. They checked my tires and said they could not put the tire back on my car, due to it having a plug. So I purchased 2 tires. I then decided to purchase tires for the back. I decided to check with Big O for prices. I very surprised the tech gave me multiple options. I did not get this option at Discount Tire. So I ended paying $160.00 less for the same warranty and a better tire. I feel everyone at Big O went above and beyond their duties. I would recommend Big O to all my friends and family.

I had a shock break from an aftermarket lift that was installed in another state. Since the shock was under warranty, I was able to bring in a replacement to them. They installed the shock withing a reasonable time frame and my vehicle was operational again. Thanks!

Superior service

I came in for an oil change. They were booked for the day but they made time for me. My oil pan plug was striped and they replaced it gratis. They also replaced missing tire stem covers. I recommend Big O Tires in Arvada for professional customer focused service.

I have always found the staff at the Arvada Big O Tires to be courteous, pleasant and helpful. In switching out my snow tires for the regulars, they performed the job quickly and without hassle. They also were most agreeable about the price. So, I keep returning! On this visit, I couldn't really rate the staff's product knowledge and expertise.

I’ve purchased tires from Big O on the regular. This time I needed maintenance work that was highly needed. They diagnosed, communicated with me continuously and kept me in the loop. I was very satisfied with their service. Always have and will continue to have service applied by Big O!
