Was able to get vehicle fixed and back to me the next day. Paid a good price and love the snap option. Was a good clean place a to go with good people to help me get my vehicle serviced. Would definitely come back for future service and already recommended to a few people and let them know about the financing options that could help them out as well.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1230. My vehicle was returned to me at 1515. This is entirely too long for this type of service when an appointment had been made. I also received no updates once my vehicle was turned over to NTB.

My son took the car in because I was sick. The entire staff did great and helped him by telling him what happened and the information was relayed to me.

Don't bother to make an appointment. You will still sit and wait. They also tried to turn a simple plug into a $200 tire sale. We left and went somewhere else. It cost $10 for the plug. Beware.

There were several nails in my rear tires. This was a cause for concern, since I only have one vehicle and I am the eldest sibling and cousin in my family. I needed to this resolve this immediately, since I am the go to contact for transport. Which means I have to have a safe vehicle. The online option to schedule helped me schedule the appointment between college and work. When I arrived the staff was extremely friendly. As a prior mechanic I appreciated their directness. While they did not give me an estimated price after checking in and later when they told me what needed to be replaced, I was still happy to pay, since they were respectful and had the best interest at heart. I witnessed them interact with a few confrontational customers and they handled these customers with patience and rationale response. Glad to have witnessed this and happier to say the staff did their best. Hoping the best for them, they did wonderful.

This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. I am angry and feel disrespected based on the service I received. On 9 March, I made a mistake by bringing my vehichle for an oil change and to replace a tire in a Jeep. When the technician was attempting to return the spare time to the correction location, he broke the hoist leaving it hanging and dangling at the bottom of vehicle. After paying for the service and attempting to leave, I realize they left the spare tire just laying in the back of the jeep. I went back and asked them to return the spare to the stowage area. At that time I looked out at my vehicle and realize there was a cable hanging at the bottom. They were not going to tell me they had broken the cable wench mechanism and let me leave with a dangling cable under vehichle. The store manager showed little to no concern and couldn;t even look me in the eye when I brought it to his attention.
