Scheduled an oil change and the work was done professionally. The staff was very friendly.

I have been a customer of Redding Midas for almost the past 8 years. I am a senior widow and have relied on the advice and integrity of the staff. They have always made me feel respected and that my concerns were their concerns and guided me in making wise choices in purchases and services. I have had complete confidence in their honesty and have appreciated the professional, yet also personal, way in which I was treated. My car is a 2003 Subaru Outback and they have helped keep it going. I am hoping my Subbie will last as long as I do!!--it's like a good friend who has been loyal and served me well. I boast of Redding Midas to friends and how well they have aided me. Bravo to the whole staff!!

Great service

Recently had a brake job done here they were fast and great at customer communication they kept me appraised of their progress any problems they encountered and any other issues they noticed I would highly recommend Doug and his crew.

The workers were very friendly and listened to the problems I was experiencing. They got my car in and looked at it told me the part needed and a price estimate. Car was done before the estimated time and the price was also lowered from the original estimate. Car is running great and I am no longer experiencing the issues I was.

I will not be going elsewhere for my service needs. Doug and the mechanics at the shop were nothing but absolutely kind to me and the prices CANNOT be beat. I was literally physically shown everything that was wrong with my car and was treated with nothing
