The hospitality by Ed was felt upon arrival. He listened to and addressed my concerns. The efficiency of the office and friendly customer service was great! Sam worked on my car and was great with the technology necessary to program my vehicle. He also answered my questions. Seldom do I leave an auto service feeling like I was helped and not ripped off. I certainly recommend this establishment and location because of the quality of work, fairness in pricing, and friendliness of staff!

I had a pretty big rear brake issue and they set up a timely and efficeint schedule and timeliness in completeing the job.

"My car wouldn't start, was losing power, it was awful. These guys went looking for the problem and it turns out it's a dealer only fix, but they tried, EVERYTHING! and only charged me for the labor to change a part. They're too much, I'm sold for life."

The staff member Tim working the front counter was friendly and clear with explanations of details about the service and inspections. I really appreciate as a woman being treated like a knowledgable customer at a car shop.

"I had my car brakes checked up there, they told me my brakes didn't need changing and gave me all the specifics of why and when it may need changing. They were very polite and didn't charge me for anything. Awesome staff"

Was able to drop my car off at the time scheduled (actually I was a little late) and then had the car back with new brakes in a few hours. Was told how long the brakes would last if I didn't get them fixed that day. Price is high but also cars are expensive. Checkin and scheduling was super easy. Only thing I would like to see improved is a courtesy vehicle/shuttle to take me home after dropping off my car.
