I have always had good service at Midas. The Soldotna location has a great crew that is always friendly and thorough! I appreciate every one of them. :)

Customer service was great. It was relatively fast to buy tires. The guy helping me was very helpful and knowledgeable about tires and availability. The guys who loaded the tires in my car were also very friendly and careful as well.

My pickup was in one of the bays most of the morning waiting on Napa to warranty my battery. I was shocked by how little my bill was. They recognized I was at their mercy and I had no control over Napa and their bench testing. Quite happy with their servi

It took the hour scheduled to do my oil change. Rescheduled 2nd car to Monday, very professional through it all.

I called in last minute with a screw in my tire, with it being a holiday weekend i knew I wouldn't have any luck getting it fixed for a few days. These guys stayed over to take care of this for me, and they were happy to do it! Truly incredible staff and a kind little reminder of the good in this world.
