No hassle in and out service.

"I came in for a tire repair. Because ice was behind the tire and it would take a while to thaw, I was given a ride home. The mechanic spoke to me personally on several occasions and drove me himself. My customer service was great! The cost for the tire"

The techs were very friendly. I was from out of town passing through when my change oil light came on. They had same day opportunities. I waiting in the lobby and a tech was waiting on a response from a dealer on the phone. He was able to multi task well. He asked if I wanted to watch tv and put a car show on.

I use Midas for all tire needs and oil service and have for years. Love the ability to make an appointment and get in and out promptly. Very professional and friendly staff.

The technician at Midas was able to immediately identify the problem I was having with my car heater. He came out and gave me a personal explanation that I could understand. and explained what I would need to do if it occurred again.

Your Soldotna store and its staff have my confidence. Delays were due to parts not being available in a timely manner.

The service man was very prompt in helping to diagnose the problem with my heater in the car.

They did more than was expected on their own volition and for my benefit. They didn’t even tell me they’d done it. I will be back.

I scheduled a appointment got in ahead of time scheduled they brought my air filter to my Attention and I got that changed also my bill had a detailed list of items that they checked on my truck very satisfied. Mike B.
