Have been a customer for over 15 years..

I had my son's car towed to Big O Tires because it had a flat tire that we could not change ourselves. (The car had been purchased used, and we did not have a "key" for the locking lug nuts.) Ryan Gaither worked with us to remove/replace the locking lug nuts and repair the flat tire. Despite working with a skeleton crew due to coronavirus safety measures, Ryan ensured the service was completed within a couple of hours. This was just the most recent of many times we've had our cars serviced at Big O Tires, and they always deliver quality service at a fair price.

I called to see if they could fit me in to patch a tire with a screw in it. They confirmed they could get to it in the afternoon. When I dropped the car off, I asked if they would by chance have time to also do an oil change and without flinching they said yes, of course. I then asked if they had a rear wiper replacement as it's a unique model and I've had a hard time finding one. He said they should be able to do that too! What a relief to have all of that done with a same-day appointment and all for a very fair price! They even made a trip to the dealership to get the wiper for my car... that level of customer service makes me a customer for life! Thank you!

The men at Big O have helped me keep by beloved 2002 Infiniti going well past its prime. They do a good job of identifying what is wrong and then executing s solution in a timely way. All along, they are friendly and helpful. Thanks Jake and Ales!

The manager was both extremely nice & very professional. I had a sick dog and he went out of his way to consol me!

Had my trucks power steering pump replaced and serpentine belt. While doing the repairs they discovered a coolant leak on engine. All repairs taken care of in a very timely manner. Stopped in to get an estimate and they took me right in, all repairs done in a few hours. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
