Had oil/filter change plus tire rotation. All went well and in a timely manner.

My radio went out after my oil change. I came back and they reset my system by disconnection the battery just before close. I was happy to get the issue resolved really quickly.

For the first time since I bought my car I do not experience noise when I hit a bump in the road!Alleluia!I hate paying so much money but it's good to know that my car is trustworthy!Thanks, Guys!

A young service team member came out to meet me before I got out of my car. I tole him my tire was low in air and could he fill it for me, yes he said no problem. On filling it with air he showed me a large screw that was lodged in my tire. He said he could fix the tire before it went flat. He was so kind and friendly. Not many are like that. Very respectfully to an elder person like me. I appreciated it very much.

Booked appointment on line. Very easy. Service was efficient and my car was taken care of 35 minutes.

In getting my oil changed, a problem was uncovered that is going to cost 1300(ish) dollars. Normally I would take the car for a second opinion, but because of how they handled a situation from a different mechanic where Id had a terrible experience, I fully trust the employees and don’t even need a second opinion.

Explained issues, provided options, kept promises, and service time turnaround was pleasantly quick.

Courteous. Profession and timely.

I think this is the first time I paid less than the estimate. That tells me a lot about the company.
