Big O Tires

Came here to fix a flat tire. They did an excellent job for an affordable price. Found out they offer many of the same services my Toyota dealer offers and they're only a couple blocks away from where I work. Definitely giving them a try on those other services!!

Have always been pleased with the front office communications. And Reed had been a great mechanic I trust with my vehicles.

Joe's got me in the very day my car started having issues. They were able to complete the repairs and have my car back to me within 24hrs. Highly recommend!

Ryan at the front desk was a gem in the carmel location. He was VERY polite. The people rotating my tires even found a small nail and patched my tire for me. I will definitely come back. I didn't see any pricing beforehand but it was so cheap anyway.

I needed a flat tire replaced. Kenny, the manager, and Garrett were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got the tire replaced in about 15 minutes. I will definitely come back!

Very satisfied with service. Service agent accommodated me immediately. He explained in detail what he recommended to be done and price out the most inexpensive route for me to go. Service was done within the allotted time he said it would take. He was very courteous and straight forward.

I went in with no appointment and the staff worked very hard to get the job done for me the same day. We are winter visitors to Yuma and I was pleasantly surprised to have this level of comminttment to keep people on the road. Not always so at home. went in to just have one tire that was leaking . Th worker pointed out to me that the tires were rubbing on one side and causing wear. they really weren't safe as I could clearly see. I usually check my tires myself and I took the in routinely to have the rotated. dropprd the ball on this one. They also caught it was out of balence. over all it was a satisfying experience altho nobody likes yo spend that much money, I know it was a right choice. Thanks guys

The Carmel store fixed my daughter's car within 24 hours and imstalled two new tires. two new tires.i can count on them to treat me right!
