Big O Tires

My wife and I always take care of our cars. When we buy, it's been always new but we keep them for years. Until a couple of years ago we would have them serviced by the dealer but that since now has changed. We now get quality service without the high dealer cost. I bought my 2007 Lexus new and plan to keep it at least another 18 months, my wife's 2012 Honda CRV we plan to keep another 3 years. Our will continue with Big O Tires. We have a Big O Tire shop nearer but started with this one and we plan to stay. Why change something that works.

I scheduled an oil change and a tire check, both of which were done. The tech explained that the tires were checked and ok. He pointed out a swaybar that is showing wear, and I thanked him for his observation.

I must say, these guys know what they are doing. I have an Audi, and have struggled over the years to find a shop that truly understands how to work on imports without paying double to take it to the dealership. Reed, who is their go to Import guy, did an amazing job. He not only found what was wrong within a couple hours, after other shops had it for over a week, he fixed odd and end things other shops screwed up for no charges while he was there. Jason, was the point man on the phone, and told me everything I needed to know. In 1 day, I got multiple problems that have been plaguing my truck for 2 years! I had spent over $4,000 at various shops who never fixed the correct issue, AND did not even repair the wrong issue correctly! So, if you have a Audi, BMW, or Merc, TAKE IT HERE!!! Reed is certified in these makes. The price was well worth the value that I received and I will never take it anywhere else!
