Great staff. Efficient and personable. They go into great detail as to what they are finding and the solution.

Ryan and Garrett were fantastic. they changed my tire- I showed up without making an appointment and were able to work me into their busy day. In addition, they helped me process the claim for my service contract. they went the extra mile to make sure that the tire would be covered and the claims department had all the information that was necessary. they kept me posted on timing. it was a smooth experience. very professional and accommodating.

These guys are the best in Carmel/Indy. I won't take my car anywhere else. They know their stuff and they take the time to do things right, they won't fast jack you. Sure, they make recommendations on service and care as do most shops but these guys don't pressure you into things you don't want done. You tell them no, that's it. I highly recommend these guys to take care of your vehicles.

Quick and friendly service-my oil change and wipers were reasonably priced. I was able to schedule my appointment online, same day.

I scheduled an appointment with the Carmel Big O Tires store to have a bad O2 sensor replaced, which I believed was necessary from an Autozone check engine light diagnostic test. Prior to arriving I was also aware that my rotors needed to be replaced sometime in the near future due to some vibrations I'd been having when braking from higher speeds, although I wasn't necessarily planning on replacing them this visit. Upon arrival, Jason at Big O Tires assured me they would run their own diagnostic test to be sure the O2 sensor needed to be replaced and ensure that no other issues needed to be addressed. In addition to replacing the O2 sensor, which ended up being the culprit, upon inspection the crew test drove my car and realized there was an issue with my brakes & rotors. Jason gave me a call and described not only the issue but the options and his personal recommendations to get the best bang for my buck. Instead of just completing the necessary repair, the crew again went a step further when they realized there was an issue with my front calipers, something that is not surprising given the high mileage of my vehicle. Again the options were discussed in detail and personal recommendations given. It feels good to walk away confidently with a smooth ride and no more check engine lights, all in a days work.

I started to use Big O in Carmel a couple of years ago and straight away I was impressed with the help and assistance offered by Garrett and Ryan. I have since returned there several times and recommended others too them by talking with them, e mailing them and on the “Nextdoor” neighborhood web site. I commend ask that recognize the staff at this facility......they deserve to be recognized for their efforts and customer enthusiasm........great job.

Highly recommend--This place is great. Jason provided excellent customer service, and the work was done quickly. They are a full service garage in addition to being a tire shop. I will definitely be back the next time our car requires service.
