Honest place to go!!!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The manager was upfront and honest about the price and how long the service would take. He delivered on all promises. I am very pleased with this location.

I love coming to the store. This is the only place I will get my oil change. I recommend it to all the people I talk to.

Great store. Love the owner, Joe. He is a great guy that provides great service. The other gentleman behind the counter is also great, very knowledgeable and kind. One area for improvement is that after replacing my tire, the wheel should have been wiped clean. I walked up to my car to find the new tire and rim Gabon all the installation grease all over them, it looked bad and dirty. I had to wipe it myself when I got home. Overall, I received great service as I always do at this location. Thank you Joe and company!

I had my son's car towed to Big O Tires because it had a flat tire that we could not change ourselves. (The car had been purchased used, and we did not have a "key" for the locking lug nuts.) Ryan Gaither worked with us to remove/replace the locking lug nuts and repair the flat tire. Despite working with a skeleton crew due to coronavirus safety measures, Ryan ensured the service was completed within a couple of hours. This was just the most recent of many times we've had our cars serviced at Big O Tires, and they always deliver quality service at a fair price.

I called to see if they could fit me in to patch a tire with a screw in it. They confirmed they could get to it in the afternoon. When I dropped the car off, I asked if they would by chance have time to also do an oil change and without flinching they said yes, of course. I then asked if they had a rear wiper replacement as it's a unique model and I've had a hard time finding one. He said they should be able to do that too! What a relief to have all of that done with a same-day appointment and all for a very fair price! They even made a trip to the dealership to get the wiper for my car... that level of customer service makes me a customer for life! Thank you!

Completed work timely after I arrived. Advised on status of car areas checked and potential need for routine work at next visit. Good alternative to driving from this neighborhood over to Keystone for routine maintenance on car.
