Jason genuinely cares about his job. I brought in my Audi to get tires, brakes and a tune-up. He took the time to come out to my car. He walked around my car with me so I could show him my concerns. He then introduced me to his certified Audi Mechanic, Reed. Reed was eager to find out the history of my car and asked me a few questions to help diagnose some of the problems my car was having. I left my car at the their shop and went to work. Jason called me a couple hours later to explain what they found. He explained in detail what the car needed and why. He even prioritized the needs just in case I could not afford to get everything done at once. It was very thoughtful. I will recommend this store to my family and friends.

Garrett and Ryan have always been upfront and fair with all of repair needs. With 3 very well used cars, we are often here more than we would like, but know that it's being repaired well at a good price.

Ryan referred me to purchase a wheel for my spare tire. I brought the wheel back and he had the full size tire mounted on the wheel. My car only came with a small plug in tire inflator. Now I feel confident in my safety when driving long distances!

I brought 2 vehicles in on 2 diff occasions.After diagnosing the first(pathfinder), they referred me to the dealership for repairs that could be covered by recalls Nissan never notified me about.The second vehicle(Tundra) needed a water pump.I shopped around $800-1,200 estimates.Joes completed the pump, thermostat, and complete flush for $770.
