Quick and friendly service. Will be back. The free sandwhiches was a great touch.

I was going out of town the next day and apparently have a relatively hard size to find set of staggered tires on my car. The rep I worked with was able to send out a guy to pick up the tires I needed and get them installed all in the same day, as well as change my oil.

Jason was very pleasant and greeted me immediately upon my arrival and get my car ready for the oil change. The technician came out to inform me later the status and recommendations for my vehicle and was very informative.

I've been taking my cars to this location for service work since 2013 and have always experienced professionalism and quality work. Most recently, my 2006 Volvo s80 was acting up. It took a while and unfortunately required multiple trips to get to the bottom of the issue but Jason and Reed stood behind their work and got me back on the road. The price was fair and I want to stress that these are quality people working at Big O's who stand behind their work and know what customer service really means.

I frequently find dealing with mechanics to be very difficult - they tend to be patronizing and cryptic, at the very least! But each of the guys I dealt with over the phone or in person for this repair (Devon, and I can't remember the other one) took the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly, and generally were great to work with.

Joe has always made things right, and has been willing to communicate personally with me. I appreciate that. There have been a few instances in the past where the shop manager wasn't exactly clear on what needed to be done, or what should be done in the future, but with a few questions on my part, the miscommunication was cleared up. I will continue to use this shop in the future.
