Great service from a great team of guys.

Had them check my brakes for a noise. No longer than 25 minutes they found the problem and fixed it. I will be coming back for any other issue or needs that I have.

The only reason this is a four star and not a five star is because I was not able to get the tires I wanted. When I made my appointment online, I registered my truck (2016 Silverado 1500 LTZ) as part of the process for tire shopping. When I arrived at the shop, I was informed that the system had my vehicle as a Chevrolet Sonic, and bought the tires that would fit a Sonic. Instead of getting the General Tire Grabber APT that I was hoping for, I had to get a different set because my previous tires were dry-rotting and I didn't have time to make a new appointment and wait. All of that being said, Ryan could not have been more friendly. He was understanding, apologetic, incredibly helpful and the sole reason that I will be bringing my truck in to the shop moving forward.

Service is always friendly, but there was an empty trash can with something gross in it in the middle of the waiting room. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They forgot to put my underbody cover on my vehicle. They called me about an hour after my appointment and asked me to return the next day to reattach it. I went back the next day and was there for approximately 20 minutes while they reattached it. They thanked me for my patience and said they were swamped the day before. No offer of a freebie or discount for the next time. I haven't decided if I will go back.

They were really busy with the cold weather. I was told that they couldn't look at it for about 40 minutes. They got it in in about 15 minutes and got the process started. The manager was friendly and what he told me he thought the problem was was exactly the what it was. They were great!

The person working the counter was extremely slow. He struggled using the computer - simply entering my address and finding my vehicle (year, make model) was difficult for him. My address was entered incorrectly. He was very nice / friendly, but not able to use the computer or credit card machine. This was very frustrating.

My family has been using this facility for years.They have a "can do" attitude, which is always a good thing.We have always been pleased with what they have done, and my kids now know where to go, too!

Very satisfied! The service was easy to schedule by phone, and when I arrived technicians started working on my car immediately. As I was leaving I realized my car radio was not working properly, and the tech took time to help with that as well.

I brought in my car knowing that I had quite a bit of work to be done (crank shaft seal was dripping, front quick struts were pretty badly used over time etc...). I got a quote from them that was a heck of a lot less than other places around town so I went with them. Jason C helped me with some of my issues and was very effectively communicative over the phone. He was able to tell me what was wrong with my car and his honest recommendation. When there was something else that came up, he let me know right away and they finished up faster than I could. They were flexible with what I wanted and that helped out a great deal. Overall, I'm glad I brought my car in to have work done here. I'm both more mentally and financially stable after my visit here!

My tire alignment was performed very promptly! Waiting room area is a bit cramped.

A coworker recommended Big O to me, knowing I was new to this part of the state, and I knew from the first experience it was where I needed to go for my car. The guys in the store (specific to my experience Garrett and Kenny) always make it a point to explain everything in a kind, respectful manner (as a young female this hasn't always been my experience at other shops). I feel I can really trust them to not only do the best job, but be honest about what's being done that day and what they notice may need to be done in the future. Top ratings for these awesome fellows! A special thanks to the guys I've never met who always take care of my car. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate knowing you do your jobs so well!

I appreciate your responsiveness and quick service. Unfortunately, we have still not been able to fix my engine light issue on the Range Rover, so I am not so sure of the knowledge of this vehicle and might have to take it to the dealer to get the issue resolved.
