Big O Tires

When I made my appointment to have the motor mount installed, I thought they would have the part ready and waiting for my appointment. I was wrong. The first part came, and it was not threaded all the way. The second one came and had the same problem. The third one came, and within 20 minutes or so, I had paid and was on my way home. I arrived at 8am and got home at 12. Just think, if the first part had come threaded, I could have been home in less than an hour.

My Cat Converter and muffler gave out causing the Wrangler to shut down after starting.They completed the repairs with my custom-ordered Borla exhaust system in 2 days.Great job!

Great place for an oil change.

Took my friends car in for an oil change. I had a moment to speak with Reed about my car. The best master tech on the planet, as he was able to explain in a way I could clearly understand. I will be back, thanks!

Ive been bringing my cars to Joe's since last year. Now my husband brings his as well. Techs are knowledgeable and will give you a fair price.

Service was fine.

Very happy, showed up late on Friday with major engine issues. They helped get me going by Saturday afternoon at at great price. Very friendly and great guys to be around. Kenny and Keenan were awesome!

They are my usual mechanic.This was an oil change.No problem on this day.However, I had called on a Friday a couple weeks earlier around noon.Was told that I could come in at 4 and get an oil change then.When I arrived I was told that there was no way it could be done that afternoon.I had left work early to do this, and rather aggravated that it now didn't fit in - especially since the one answering the phone (no name given) didn't write me down for an appointment - so there was no guarantee I could get in.Aggravating.I would have rather been told it couldn't happen and reschedule for another time. Their usual service is outstanding and I'm treated well for all the mechanical business that they get from my two cars.Very satisfied with Joe.Not so much the desk jockey on that Friday.

No matter how many times we ask to be called when our vehicle is ready they seem to not do that. There is really no excuse for not making a phone call to let a customer know when their car is ready. Prior to being Big O this was never an issue.

I had a great experience at this Big O Tires in Carmel, IN. I called around 5:00 to see if they could get me in for an oil change. Brandon was at the front desk. He was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I was able to get my oil changed and be on my way in no time. I would recommend them to friends and family and I will definitely be back. Thanks for taking care of me!

The only commet we like to make is for whatever reason the gentleman behind the desk fails to call us when our vehicles are ready!!! That is really not acceptable in this kind of business. It has happened 3 times....he says he will call but does not!

Service and quality of the work are excellent

Very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous. My only complaint is they took the manual out of the glove box and left it in the floor of the vehicle along with a bulb they replaced. Seems kind of shoddy for what was otherwise a 1st class operation.
