Big O Tires

Less than great service: We both have had the oil changed in our vehicles recently and on Nov. 1 one vehicle had brake work done. The work is always done promptly and iswell done but all 3 times the person at the desk did not call us to let us know that our vehicle was ready to be picked up. This should be an automatic service. It is only a matter of common courtesy and is necessary in a business such as this. This has only occured since Joe's became Big O tires.

For the few days that I have driven the car, the tires seem to be handling well and will be a potentially great replacement choice.

This is the best shop ever. The service and help in my auto issue was superb. Nick and Reed are amazing and went way out of their way to take care of my issue. This place is the only service shop I will use and so should you!

I have doing business with Joe for years and have always received excellent service. He services all of our cars and has always given us above & beyond what we expected at a competitive price.

Your staff is amazing. I called and let them know we had a flat on a trailer with horses on board. They got us in as soon as we pulled up. They even put a fan blowing in on the horses! You have my business! Discount said they could get us in and when I got there it was 3+hour wait. Saw the guy the guy i talked to on the phone and he told me "well you should have came to me. I would have gotten you in" I'm sorry. I didn't think it was a good old boys club when it came to helping people in a bind. So thanks again to your crew for being awesome and keeping their word!

Will definitely return. Honest pricing and service. Plus, they completed job quicker than estimated. Only complaint was a toilet that needs it's flushing mechanism replaced. That literally is my only complaint and I would gladly deal with that for great service!

I visited this Big O Tire after running into a pothole and getting a flat tire. Both the owner (I didn't catch him name) and Garrett were extremely helpful, informative and professional both on the phone and in person. They explained to me what my options were and didn't pressure me into making any decisions. The waiting area had a number of toys for kids, cold water and was clean and comfortable. Overall, for as inconvenient as it was to have to replace my tires, the guys at Big O made my experience as pleasant as possible. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and this place has it! Thank you Big O!

Joe's got it right the first time.Very reassuring

This was my first time at Big O. A friend and coworker recommended I go here for an oil change as her family has gone to another location for many years and have always had good experiences. I was impressed with the friendly, high quality service! I will definitely be back.

A couple of months ago I had 2 tires replaced and a synthetic oil change. I came back to have the other 2 tires replace a few weeks ago. I mentioned that I was leaking oil. At no point did anyone bring me back to show me what the problem was (as they did with my tires). I had to ask when I was paying, why my car was leaking oil. Apparently, there is a valve that is leaking and it's an almost $500 repair. Since this wasn't an issue before my oil change, no one came out to discuss it with me. and then the tech checking me out didn't want to discuss it further; I have a suspicion that it was your people who made a mistake and caused this very expensive repair. I won't be back and I won't refer any business to you. The gentleman I dealt with the first visit was very courteous and helpful.

I don't recall ever paying a labor fee for an oil change. That's normally included in the price of an oil change. Great service. Very helpful. I'll be back.

I was charged a $60 delivery fee and about $70 in alignment that I didn't know about until I was billed.

Always give honest assessment of my vehicle

My brakes seem fixed. However, I also asked that my air conditioner, which is probably under warranty and is now not working, be checked. They said they could not find anything wrong and I will have to come back when the weather is warmer. This does not seem right or curio we friendly.

I had a great experience. The service is definitely worth my drive from the west side of Indianapolis.
