Diagnostics were run very quickly, however, the problem seemed too expensive to invest in an old vehicle so we opted to decline repair.It was at that time that things got confusing.I received multiple calls, each with a different estimate for different quality parts. Declining each, I walked back to pick the vehicle up, and was told I missed yet another call with an even lower estimate.The lowest estimate made it cheap enough to perform but the decision was too late in the day to finish so I left the vehicle to be repaired the following morning happy to have saved about half the cost of the original quote.I was told it should be complete near noon, so even though no call was received my husband walked to pick it up and pay over the lunch hour. He was informed that he owed the original estimate price(that had been declined) and that he wasn't called because it was completed the same day the vehicle was dropped off.The repair seems to have resolved our problems, and we only paid the agreed upon price, but all the extra hassle could and should have been avoided.

Jason provided excellent customer service, and the work was done quickly. They are a full service garage in addition to being a tire shop. I will definitely be back the next time our car requires service.

My biggest issue was timing. I was lead to believed they would get to me right away but it took about 2 hours. Expectations were not set well at the beginning. I was told they got busy and one employee didn't show up so they were backed up more than expected. It took them 50 minutes to tell me this. As a business owner myself, I would never use the excuse on a worker didn't show up. It might be true but leads me to believe you have emploment problems and I'd prefer you just to apologize and tackle the issue. Actual service seems to be good.

Ryan was my contact and he was polite and very helpful! He didn't try to upsell me on the tires I priced online and gave me all the information I needed. My paperwork says the psi is at 32 but I've filled my own tires enough to know that it should be at 33 and there was a yellow crusty substance all around the rims and on my brand new tires. When I called about it Ryan said they would clean them off and the issue would be dealt with! My problem is that I shouldn't have to go back to get something fixed that they should have done right the first time.

they broke tpms once but they tried to fix and replaed tpms. but it is not still working.

Very friendly staff. With that said, I'm not very happy with the service I received. I bought a set of tires in August and had to go back for a rebalance, as I had a vibration when I went over 60 MPH. They rebalanced the tires and I still had a vibration. I returned again for another rebalance. Still had a vibration. Now, I'm not one to complain much, so I decided to wait until I needed an oil change and have the dealership balance the tires, just in case there was something wrong with the hub. Today, I had the dealership rebalance the tires, now I don't have any vibration at all. I don't know if they need a new balance machine or if it's operater error. Maybe they need to calibrate their machine. I do know a little bit about tires, because I worked in a tire shop in the past. We used a bubble balance back then, and could get tires balanced pretty well. These days, they have a big machine that spins the wheel, and indicates where the weights should be installed on the rim. I can't help but wonder if they have a problem with the machine and don't know about it. Anyway, I hope they get it fixed, because these people are very nice and professional, and they make you feel very welcome! I've never had any other work done here, but I'm sure I'd give them a try if I needed any repairs done.

The guys working were super nice. All I came in for was an oil change and asked them to reattach my side panel...it looks like the retainer clips are missing so there's a little flap that's been hanging down. I probably asked 4 times to make sure they did it. It took a long time for my oil change and I asked before I left the store if they reattached it and he said I think so. Got to my car and nope. Still hanging. But id waited so long I didn't feel like going back in so that was frustrating because not only has that bothered me, they told me all this other maintenance I should do but didn't do what I specifically asked. If the guy at the counter wasn't so nice I'm not sure I'd come back.

I asked for an oil change, P/S fluid change and brake fluid change, check alignment and rotation. When I got the call to pick up the car, I was told only the oil needed changing, I called back to confirm that the fluids did not need attention. When I got to to the shop, the manager asked if I was made aware that the P/S fluid change and brake fluid change were recommended. I told him I was told only the oil needed changing, but that I had requested the fluid changes when I dropped the car off. He said he asked his tech to relay that info to me, but it didn't happen. I left the car and came back to collect it a second time an hour later. I would have also preferred more discussion of the tires and alignment condition rather than the brief "they're good" that was reported to me. There are times when I wonder if they were even checked.

I took my car in for a tune up. To my surprise,when I picked up my car, one of my headlights was out! Now, I know this is not normally in the realm of a tune up, but I guess I would expect them to have noticed this, as my lights automatically come on when my car is on. So it should have been noticed easily. Not thrilled that this simple thing was overlooked.
