Misdiagnosed my repairs by over $900.00 dollars . They said I needed a new rack opinion when all it needed was a new power steering reservoir. They were the most dishonest service shop I have ever done business with in my life. They will lied to me over the phone and continue to back their backyard mechanics.

Bought tires here Owner, Joseph Peil, said tires warranted for 100,000 miles paperwork stated 80,000. Corrosion on wheels, since did not agree with pro rata for tires, Ryan,Mgr. said the charge is $55.. since I was not showing gratitude... otherwise there would be no charge. Garrett Kahlo, said since we could not come to terms on tire price that we would part as friends, because he could decide with whom Big O conducted business. I wanted to see the work is actually done, but Ryan advised with out an escort, customers are not allowed in back, but I could view from the outside window. There's more...

It hurts me to write this as I've been coming here for a few years with great experiences every time and I really do like the owner, Joe, he is a great guy. However, something has changed, the quality of your service has really gone down. My last visit was so egregious that I just have to write this review. I brought my car in on 10/16/2019 for a routine tire rotation.. The next day, I noticed scratches on my leather steering wheel.. I had a bit of hesitation to jump into conclusions as I never thought you'd be that negligent given my last experiences and gave you the benefit of the doubt UNTIL today when I noticed a missing lug nut on my front passenger wheel while drying my car after running it through the carwash and it all started to make sense!! I am very meticulous about my car, this is the last time I'm going to this place. I have sent a lot of business to your shop over the years... No more. I am very disappointed, one simple tire rotation turned into a very sour experience and a damaged car for me which could have been so much worse. You have a serious issue you need to address.

I had a tire that I went elsewhere and got fixed on my ESV for 25.00. At this store they tried to sell me 4 new tire for 1500. I only have 30k miles on my current tires.

I was surprised by the curt attitude of the sales person. I was never made to feel welcome or genuinely appreciated. There was an issue where I was told there would be an extra cost to have tires put on a new set of rims I brought in, which makes no sense because it's the same amount of labor as to take off my existing rims and remount them. Clearly the only difference is lifting up the old rims and putting them into the trunk! I was dismissed with an attitude of I'm not going to charge you for it now because you're complaining which I found to be very rude and offensive. Unfortunately your sales person made my experience poor and I will certainly go until my friends. So instead of keeping a customer by listening to what I was saying and not arguing and making an effort to understand, you have lost a customer

Horrible experience!! I made an online appointment to have four new tires installed on my SUV. They called and said the tires were not in stock, but if I would put down a $50 deposit they would order the tires from a local warehouse and GUARANTEED me that the tires would arrive by my appointment time (4 days later). I arrived at the store a few minutes early and the store was not opened at the posted time (the store opened 30 minutes late). I dropped my keys off and they told me they would call when my vehicle was done. 7 HOURS LATER, NO CALL!! So, I called them and was told that the tires had never arrived as promised, and that it would be an additional 1-2 days to get all four tires to the store and installed. I inquired as to why I had to wait 7 hours to find out this information. I had taken the day off from work to get this done, and no courtesy call to let me know the tires had not arrived? I asked if they would be discounting my installation, tires, service, etc. for this major inconvenience and was told that he would immediately speak with the manger and call me back. An hour later still no call, so, I called back and was told that the manger said that the best he could do was 2 free oil changes because the manager felt I was already getting a good deal on the tires I had requested. WHAT!!? Needless to say, I was not thrilled with their customer service skills. In the future, please don't guarantee anything and then not deliver on a promise. Please open the store at the posted time. Please give a courtesy call to let your customer know the tires are not in, and while we are at it...offering 2 free oil changes is an insult after what i just went through. Never again will I use Big O Tires!!!

Not trustworthy or reliable. 1st time I went to Big O in Carmel for an alignment they told me my vehicle couldn't get aligned without purchasing more work. Took vehicle to dealer they say nothing is wrong, take back to Big O and this time they agree with dealer. They seem shady and just trying to get more $$. Also on 2nd time to Big O there tech workers didn't show up until 45mins late after they opened. So almost 2hrs later they tell me the same thing from the 1st visit and it's going to take them another hour to align my vehicle. Well if the workers showed up on time my vehicle would have been done by then. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They are not trustworthy or reliable.

I had a flat and needed the tire replaced. I said that I thought I would probably replace two. I was told how much the tires would be before they even had a chance to check to see if the tire was salvageable. Before I picked up the car, I was told the sensor for the tire gauge was no longer working because of how the new tire was installed. They wanted me to pay for a new sensor even though it worked fine when I brought it in. I'm not sure they checked the air pressure on the existing tires because the next day my front tire was flat. I'm frustrated because the "broken sensor" may have been indicating the front tire was leaking. I'm also frustrated because this could have been caused when they rotated the tires. Or worse yet they did not even check the tire gauge when they replaced my tires. They may have replaced a tire that was fine and left one that was going bad. When I called I was told to bring it in. I was given no indication that they would include any discount or reason for me to bring it back. Honestly, I do not trust your store and did not trust your team. And no I was not offered a free alignment or greeted at my car.

They delete negative comments. They are untrustworthy and not reliable. I have been arguing with them for over a month in wanting my money back for something I paid for that has never been done
