Fast, but as far as the guaranteed safety inspection ... ? ... The morning after I had a front tire replaced, the other went flat at work, and I was lucky it didn't blow on the road it was so worn thru, I'm told. You didn't notice that? Back on spare.

The new counter man, Don, provided clear communication on the diagnosis of needed service and the cost and timing. Don is very cordial and informed and spoke with confidence on the fix I needed. Service was on time as well. I have great confidence in Big O Tires and their excellent care for my vehicles.!

I brought my vehicle first thing to get my oil changed as agreed upon with the Big O Tires front desk earlier in the week. After dropping my vehicle off at 8 AM, the oil change was not complete until 12:15 PM that day. I was given a discount because of this and was told my vehicle was running outside ready to go. When I got out to get in my vehicle, I heard bubbling and half my oil was on the ground. The team cleaned up the mess and fixed the leak, but did not clean the portion of my car underneath that still had pools of oil all over it. Since the didn't clean it properly oil was still dripping everywhere I parked, so I brought the vehicle back thinking the leak was not fixed. I was told about the oil pooling and the Big O Tire team finally cleaned it. I was given a free oil change for my next visit, but honestly I am afraid to come back due to the lack of respect and care for my vehicle.

I feel I was wrongly misled about the tires on my vehicle still had a problem the guy who was doing the tires look like he could care less if he was there just very slowly sauntering around to look up under the vehicle at the front end after I brought it back and still had a problem and then his attitude was just a little maybe there's that or whatever and they allowed me to drive away from there with bad motor mounts causing extreme vibration in the vehicle. Also the tires that were on my car were not really beneficial for my car and now I'm stuck with two new tires that I can't use on the vehicle. The salesperson at the front was halfway decent to me but I feel the service guy could really care less if he was there that day. Please feel free to call me with any response if need be

Just there today for the 19.99 special. I was told they could get me right in at noon. Granted, I asked them to remount my tires along with the rotation, but WOW. Just over 3 hours in, they took my money, 15 minutes later they gave me my jeep. 2 minutes later the oil light and engine light comes on a block away. 1 hour later I get my jeep back again, and a coupon for a free oil change. Do you really think I'm coming back? You should have refunded my money on the spot, and given me a coupon. I just paid you to waste my day off. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Contact me if you want a free coupon, I'm not going to use mine

The Carmel store fixed my daughter's car within 24 hours and imstalled two new tires. two new tires.i can count on them to treat me right!

We, as a company, have used your Carmel location twice, not by our choice, but the insurance company. First experience, we were told you can not preform 2 wheel alignments. Second experience, I specifically spoke to Garrett and asked him to price match from what the Lebanon store advertised, and was to receive a call back, and yet to receive that call-it was 2 days ago when I called.

Left black grease marks all over the car. Tore front car seat. And when I called to ask, why did they not cover seats when driving, answer was we dont do that. I left a voice mail for Joe, owner of Carmel location. He never called back.
