Garrett and the staff are awesome! Superior service and a clear, detailed description of recommended/needed services. They have helped to keep my Nissan Armada on the road for 14 years, and still going strong at 200,000 miles plus!

I don't recall ever paying a labor fee for an oil change. That's normally included in the price of an oil change. Great service. Very helpful. I'll be back.

Jason provided excellent customer service, and the work was done quickly. They are a full service garage in addition to being a tire shop. I will definitely be back the next time our car requires service.

It was an unexpected purchase & one I was not prepared for. They made it a pleasant experience & only thing missing is a self serve coffee station for customers that wait for their vehicle - a vending machine would be cool too. Overall great experience. Chrysler Group recommends cross-rotation on the RAM trucks. My request has been ignored in the past at other tire venders, but at the Big-O at 6519 Menaul Blvd, Derek Martinez (I asked his name when asked to verify I was satisfied) diagrammed the cross-rotation in 3 places, and went outside with me to verify I was satisfied after the work was done - which it was before I could finish going thru my emails. I'm sticking with this Big O Tire location. Thx

They were very friendly and attentive to my problems. They suggested a course of action to which I was well satisfied. They quoted a price for repairs and service which I agreed to and they kept me informed me of their progress and called me when my vehicle was ready. I picked up my vehicle and checked it to see if everything was done that was needed. I paid amount was very satisficed with the service given.

I’ve been a customer of the Brownsburg IN Big O Tire business since 1998 when they opened. Prior to that while living in Middletown KY I was a customer of that store. During the years I’ve done business with the Brownsburg store I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the service has been exceptional timely and professionally extended. Mike Trammel, Tim Brooks and the Brownsburg staff are true professionals who always provide outstanding service. I am never hesitant to refer friends and associates to Big O because I know they will be treated fairly with the utmost respect.

This kind of service today is rare. Im new to town and will, by word of mouth spread the news to everyone I know, about the fantastic service I got from both Jason and Reed.

I dropped off an old wheel with tire and tube that I had purchased. Had to go somewhere else for 30 minutes. Tire was done when I returned. Excellent service.
