The staff were very professional and welcoming. The Manager took time to keep me updated on the project. We purchased our tires at this Big O Tires Store so the tire rotation, computer wheel balance, 4 wheel alightment were all complimentary. The work was done in a timely fashion and I would recommend this store to others.

I love my experience today at Big O Tires in Carmel, IN! Jason and his crew got my oil change and new tires done fast! My previous experience with Big O Tires at the location on West 86 street in Indianapolis, IN was good but I'd have to make an afternoon for just getting my oil changed, I would be there for 2 to 3 hours at that location just hanging out waiting for my car to be done. Here at the Carmel location they got me in and out so fast! I knew I needed new tires for my car, I was told at discount tire that I could possibly make it through the winter but then I would need to replace them... turns out I needed them now! Jason said that it was a safety hazard and if it snowed tomorrow, I'd end up in a ditch! They really cared for my safety!

I bought a battery. The lady explained to me clearly the work involved and the cost. Waiting was minimal as they replaced it quickly!

Being a complete novice when it comes to my vehicle and what to do when something goes wrong, I feel completely comfortable bringing it to Joe's. I have been coming here almost exclusively for the past 16 years and have always been satisfied with the work that has been done to my vehicles. I trust the work and all of the employees. I know that they will not steer me wrong and will do the work at a fair price.

Garrett is incredibly helpful and friendly! I brought my car in to get a tire replaced (always buy the warranty), and was in and out in a little over 30 minutes. They even pulled my car up close to the door since it was cold and rainy.
