Big o has always been such an excellent job with us. No matter what they take the time to take care of us and our vehicle.... And sometimes even explain exactly what they did and why. No matter what we've brought to him they've always made sure that we were in good hands. We've always remained loyal customers.

I was in the store last week and got an estimate on a set of 4 tires, the manager said we have a sale on until 1/28/2024 with $100 instant savings. So I made an appt, dropped car off, gat a call that the rear brakes needed changed before the rotors are affected. We gave them the ok and picked the suv up when they called that service was done. They were very friendly. Thank you Big O

Whenever we go to Big O they always make us feel like we're the only ones there! they're always extremely polite always willing to listen to what it is that I'm requesting. I've never been disappointed in anything that they've done for us. we have been using Big O in Princeton, In since 1999. They have never disappointed us.

The guy that made the appointment over the phone was cool. They didn’t have the exact tire I needed in stock, but he found them in a nearby warehouse and got them ordered in before I could even get the car to big- o. Very convenient. It only took about an hour to change the tires and get the alignment done. Rides great now!

Very nice and friendly people, easy to setup an appointment. Seemed to know what they were talking about. I’ve used them for my car,van and camper tires and I have not been disappointed yet. The next time I need tires for my truck I’m definitely using Big O Tires

I keep going back because of the service I receive everytime. I trust what they tell me when I have questions. If I didn't feel this way, I wouldn't be a repeat customer. I ve known Mitchell since he was a young boy,when you live in a small town,that means a lot. Hopefully Big O will be around a lot longer.

Time was quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to get me in and fix my issue. Would highly recommend.
