These guys always do a great job

I needed my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I was given a quote over the phone. The parts were available and I was able to bring my car in the same day. The staff was really friendly, very easy to talk to and kept in contact with me throughout the process.

I went in to get free rotation on my tires that I had installed there. They did the rotation as expected.

So I started at the competition next door to fix a nail in my tire, they checked it, said it could not be fixed, told me my tread was low on the other 3 tires also and tried to sell me $900 worth of tires. Then I went next door to Big O Tires and they fixed my tire for FREE, with no attempt to up sell me in to new tires. Big O tire's now has a friend for life and you can rest assured that is where I am going next time I need tires! Ask for Orlando Alvarez, the dude is professional and honest!

Easy to make an appointment and look at tire products. Installation was fast, efficient.

I came in to get some work done on my car. (going on 30 years old) I could not be more pleased with the professionalism showcased by Victor. I was shown respect and treated like a person, not a customer. The technician Brayton had a contagious smile apon meeting him. He explained what was going to be done for me in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, Big O Tires in Whitestown blew all my expectations out of the water. I will be referring loved ones for future service and I don't plan on going anywhere else for when I require service done.

My scheduled appointment started on time. The issue was identified and all solutions presented within 10 min of the appointment starting. My tire needed replaced and the tech already had the matching replacement pulled out before I had even approved the service. Most efficient car service I have ever experienced and neither the tech or the manager pressured any extra services.

I had a flat tire today and stopped at the Big O location in Whitestown almost by random because there are 3 other tire stores located very close to this Big O location. Mr. Orlando Alvarez was able to help me out and I was honestly surprised by how great the service was. I'm not someone who writes letters to companies, but I was impressed by Mr. Alvarez and Big O tires. My family owns 4 vehicles and we used to go to WalMart for tires. We will only be going to Big O for tires from now on.

The truly exceptional customer service given by Dan and Ryan was incredible. I was greeted very quickly and then my service was done very quickly and with impeccable quality of work. I would and will recommend service there to everyone I know that needs anything to do with tires.

Was giving a free tire patch. The employees were very nice and did a wonderful job. Will definitely be going back for all my future tire needs.

Communication before, during and after service was excellent.

These guys were THE BEST!! We were mid-trip to collect our son & his dorm belongings amidst the Coronavirus pandemic and ensuing shutdowns; and because we werent planning this trip in advance, we found we were in need of an oil change ASAP. Victor and Joe had us in and out of there in about the time it took us to go grab our lunches. Seriously, it couldnt have been more than 20 mins! We really appreciated their quick work, and friendly demeanor.

I can't think of a way to make my new brake experience better! When I heard noises coming from the front left side of our vehicle when stopping, I knew it was time to have the brakes checked. While looking for options around my residence, I noticed that Big O Tires had a sign that indicated their services included brakes. So, I setup an appointment at 9:00 am the next day. Not having a lot of work done on my vehicle, I had the expectation of a waiting area similar to an oil change establishment. But I realized, as long as I had a place to sit, I could work remotely while I waited. Turned out, the waiting area is off the charts at the Big O Tires in Whitestown, IN. Not only are there tables to work from, healthy snacks, free beverages and a clean restroom - there is a smart TV tuned to the 007 channel on PlutoTV. I had no idea that PlutoTV and the 007 channel existed, which was cool. It just so happened that the only 007 movie I had seen in my life (The Man with the Golden Gun) was actually playing during my visit. A great way to relive a childhood memory with my father. :) Additionally, the waiting area includes a monitor showing various security cameras in use. This was awesome for me, as I could see my vehicle and it's progress as I waited. The actual work ... the process to get checked in and have my brakes checked was wonderful. The technician looked over my situation and presented me with three options. All three were very well explained and documented. Upon making my selection, I decided to get my oil changed and tires rotated as well. The mechanic doing the work, checked in with me multiple times. His customer service skills were off the charts! I wish I would have gotten his name, because he certainly should be recognized. While I ended up having to spend money on brakes, I had zero issues with the services provided by Big O Tires. One would think they only do tires, but their brake service was excellent! I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs!
