The customer service was great!! Not happy about how long it took and the trips there and without a vehicle for a couple of days. I am still having some of the same problems that were supposed to be fixed but have not had the time to go back and do without a car.

Fluids were not checked like supposed to. Air filter was not put in correctly so car started running bad. Also missing a screw that holds in air filter.

I came in thinking I knew what was wrong with my car and they just changed what I thought was the issue instead of diagnosing it themselves like they should since they are the "car experts". So after spending over $500 to get something fixed that probably didn't need to be fixed, the problem I was having in the first place is still occurring. Not very happy and will probably not go back...

We were not pleased with the making of appointment and communication. I had made an appointment online and Christian called to confirm. He never said anything about not having the tires we wanted. I even received an email confirmation after talking to him and the quote is on there for the tires I requested. When we took it in , he said they didn't have them and that he told me that. My husband said, "Why would we be here right now or why wouldn't you have asked what tires we need, then? " They offered us another brand and we denied . Then they somehow very quickly found them and was still able to get us done by lunch. That was good but super frustrating . And then, not his fault but annoying that the quote online doesn't include the installation fee . I think that should be noted when someone calls to confirm appt and give updated quote. I can't say this will be our first choice when we need new tires for our other vehicles.

Despite my experience at this location on my first vehicle, which amounted to an excessive delay in completion of the work being done, I decided to take my second vehicle to have a tire repaired - slow leak, a rotate and balance, and a wheel alignment. I dropped the vehicle off at the appointment time on Friday the 24th of May and 2 hours later received a call the vehicle was ready. Upon arrival and check out the service person, I believe Christian(?), was going over the work done and made no mention of the alignment, despite the fact it was listed in the on line appointment request and was reviewed with the person who checked me in at dropoff, who even mentioned they would check it and let me know if it was needed. Admittedly, the service person immediately brought the car back in, put it on the alignment rack and had it checked. As I left the store I was still feeling pretty good about the service I had received. However, as mentioned, there was a tire repair that was requested and that I was told was completed. The vehicle was brought in not only to have this repair made but to make sure the vehicle was ready to take out of state to a wedding over the Memorial Day weekend. So, you can imagine my surprise when I went to back the car out on Saturday morning to leave and the very same tire was flat. Upon inspection it was obvious the tire had never been touched or any repair attempted. I quickly loaded everything into our second vehicle and left for our out of state event. At this point I am not sure what was done to the vehicle, it does appear that the tires were rotated but I cannot be sure that they were balanced - I will have to look closer upon my return. If it was just the alignment that was overlooked that would be one thing, but at least two of the three services for which the vehicle was scheduled were not performed. Needless to say I no longer feel like I can trust Big O to provide any future service on my vehicles.

No one really seemed to want to work. My vehicle was the only one in the shop and three guys were just standing around. The manager was obviously to everything in the shop. The counter guy had to go out and help get my vehicle done.

Victor and the entire team at Big O Tires in Whitestown are simply amazing. One would think I was a weekly customer by the treatment I am always given during more not-so-frequent visits. I highly recommend this team to anyone I come into contact with. Keep up the great work!

We are new to the area and we received a discount coupon in the mail for a $19.99 oil change. when I presented this to the man that waited on me he said because my SUV was a 2017 that it might cost a little bit more. I said OK. Later he came to me and said the tires needed to rotated and that was a free service. I said OK. When my car was done the bill was over $60.00. I told the person that waited on me that I had a coupon for $19.99 and was told it might be a little more and he said yes it was a little more and I told him I thought over $40.00 was more than a little more. I did not get a response. We will not be coming back To BigO.

The technician was clueless. He broke the windshield squirter container.. he pried on the wrongFlap... Then blames the car.. He also left greasy hand prints on my Leather.Everyone else was very friendly and professional .
