Fantastic service and kid friendly environment. It was a pleasure to wait at the facility while our recently blown tire was fixed. My experience from Big O turned a bad day into a fun one with my kids.

I took my vehicle in for and oil change and tire repair and they did a full inspection of the tire and found an additional nail I had not seen. This caused us to have to get a new tire but was better to find out now and get replaced.

I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Turned out I had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. I was expecting to hear an astronomical price of what it would take to repair or replace this. The guy who helped me (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) explained everything to me very well and it didn't end up costing a fortune!! He did a very good job explaining all the details to me and helping me understand why I needed a new tire vs tryong to fix the other one. He was also very professional.

Best experience at a tire shop I have had in years only thing I was mildly annoyed with was not being able to get a match tire to the ones I already had on the car but not really a big deal just put brand new ones all the way around and now I know I have a 3 year warranty on them instead of no warranty on the ones that came from factory on my 2017 Civic SI great experience all the way around

I came in worried my tires were worn and I needed new ones. I was also concerned about my brake pads. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff told me my tires and pads were still in good shape and I didn't need new ones. I was given a free tire rotation and has a zero dollar balance! I was shocked no one tried to sale me something I didn't need. The honesty was refreshing! When I do need car maintenance in the future I'll be coming here! You've earned a lifetime customer due to your business integrity. Thank you!
