"I called Midas in Cat City for a small job, adjusting replacement headlights that had been newly installed elsewhere that were aiming too low (hi beams hit pavement 20' in front of my vehicle). Called for an appointment and was given a specific time, 10:30"

They always welcome you with a smile and as you are waiting they update you on your vehicle.

I was well taken care of by a very courteous and friendly employee. I was done with all I was doing very quickly. I will definitely go back to this location when I need service done on my car!

good service overall. previously took my car to a local mechanic and they fixed everything but the issue as to why i took my car in in the first place. midas cathedral city identified the issue with the drive axel and replaced it that day. with all repairs done, my care is running great compared to how it has been these past few months. negative was that i wasn't regularly updated throughout the process. i didn't receive calls by the time i was told to expect them so i had to call in. i never received a final call saying my car was finished so not sure how much earlier i could have picked up my car. otherwise very satisfied. good people other than lack of communication. would go back but maybe sit in the waiting room to see if that speeds things up
