Warranty policy work. The part that was defective was replaced at no cost.

"While this took much longer than I thought it should, the person at the Front desk was very charming polite and kept me informed constantly . This made all the difference in the world. Had he not, I would have gotten upset and left."

They were very courteous. Answered all questions quickly and as I waited in the waiting area I saw them treat all customers quickly and thoroughly and noticed they had a good number of repeat customers they would always greet by name.

I will recommend for the most part they were very fair but even though I had an appointment, service took longer then expected

They were very clear on what I needed and didn't pressure me to buy anything else.

James was polite and accommodating and I noticed that he seemed extremely knowledgeable about different types of vehicles that were brought into the location while I was there waiting for my car to be serviced. I think that Midas is very lucky to have this man, James M., representing them.
