Big O Tires

These folks were super to work with. They gave us complete and accurate information except they told me it would take approximately 2 hrs. to complete my service needs. It only took 1 hr. and I was not able to finish my coffee. Absolutely unconscionable. Oh well, probably didn't need it anyway. Will always return for needed service.

The rep and the tech were both very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and out-going. My problem was remedied fast and affordable. We always have great service here.

I was able to speak with someone quickly and got my car in the bay as soon as they estimated on the initial visit. The tire I needed was ordered and a call was made to me quicker than expected. Got the car in and within an hour everything was done.

It's always good - the people are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and they genuinely care for their customers. Through the nearly 10 years I've been having work done by them, they have had countless opportunities to do things that weren't essential and make more money, but instead they saved me money and told me whenever something was not needed. I trust them.

The entire process was easy. I scheduled my appointment over the phone. Showed up a little early for my appointment and they worked me in shortly after arrival. I was leaving with my vehicle about 20 minutes after my scheduled time. I was able to check on the approximate amount of mileage on my tires and left with the assurance that the tire life should be sufficient for the coming winter months.
