I was running in town trying to find the specific battery for my car on a Sunday. After calling they were able to fit me in their busy schedule and had my car done in less then 2 hours. They were friendly and very helpful.

I am always treated well by the staff at the Lawrence location. They are so good that my wife and daughter now go to Big O Tires for oil changes, tires and anything else auto repair related. I have used the Topeka location as well and had a great experience there as well. The Loyd family trust only Big O tires for our tire and auto needs.

My work schedule is constantly changing and they were more than happy to reschedule my appointment for me and work about my availability to get everything taken care of that I needed. When I got my tires replaced on Thursday, They were VERY busy, and there was in issue with the tires that I preordered had gone missing, they were able to get a different set of tires of the same quality on my car, without any extra charge. Devin, Shay, and many others were more than happy to help me (as someone who doesn't more much about cars) through the entire process. The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing.
